Alex represents clients in a broad range of matters in New York and New Jersey. Currently, his practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and transportation law.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as a law clerk to the Presiding Judge of General Equity, in Hudson County, where he worked in the areas of commercial litigation, real-estate litigation, and foreclosure. In addition to managing the Court’s extensive motion calendar, he drafted bench memos and opinions on a wide variety of legal issues.
Alex received his law degree from the Rutgers School of Law-Newark, where he served as an Editor on Law Review, and also worked in the Rutgers’ Community and Transactional Law Clinic, where he assisted in providing corporate, real-estate, and other transactional services to New Jerseys’ nonprofit corporations, start-up-for-profit businesses, and emerging entrepreneurs.
