Andrew works aggressively and efficiently to achieve the best result for his clients in state and federal courts, as well at arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings. He has a varied litigation background, primarily specializing in the defense of claims brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and asbestos-related toxic torts. He also defends clients in claims brought for personal injury, general premises liability and employment discrimination.

Andrew is a Certified Arbitrator, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. He also previously served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy, where he oversaw the editing and publishing over numerous student and faculty articles. Andrew also served as a Legal Research and Writing teaching assistant for first year students. Following graduation, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder, Presiding Judge of Probate and General Equity in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington Vicinage, where he was exposed to a variety of cases, including general equity, commercial litigation, contracts, estate planning, will and trust administration, zoning, and foreclosure matters.
